Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Planning Board/Local Planning Agency will be held, as set forth in Section III-203(a) of the Zoning Code and Rules of Procedure adopted by the Planning Board/Local Planning Agency, on September 12, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers, 1565 First Street, Sarasota, Florida. 

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
