Employee Parking Permits 

The following facilities have a nominal fee for Employee parking of only $20 monthly: 

  • 2nd Street/ Whole Foods Parking Garage 

  • 1st Street Lot 

  • Orange Ave Lot

  • Gulfstream Lot 

  • Judicial Parking Lot 

  • Fillmore Lot

Applicability: 

  1.  Applicant must prove identity and present two (2) matching forms of proof of current residency, located   within 1,000 feet of said parking facility. Acceptable forms of residency documentation include driver's   license, utility bill, vehicle registration, residential lease, etc.

  2.  Permit must be displayed at all times when entering/exiting and parking in assigned facility to avoid   issuance of a parking citation. Proof of ‘permit ownership’ after citation received will not be cause for   citation dismissal.

  3.  Permit is not transferable.

  4.  Permit is valid twenty-four (24) hours daily during the period stated on the agreement.

  5.  Sec. 33-107 of the City Code, prohibits use of city facilities to store a [permitted] vehicle. Permittee is   required to regularly enter/exit the facility with permitted vehicle. Vehicles remaining in facility without   movement may be subject citation. Please contact the Parking Division offices should any question arise   pertaining.

  6. Permit must only be used by the permit holder. The permit holder must have their driver license or ID card on-hand when using the permit. 

  7. Must be hung from the rear-view mirror, with the permit number visible from the front of the vehicle, when the vehicle is parked. The permit should not hang from the rear-view mirror when the vehicle is in motion. 

  8. Permits issued in Florida must have a valid, yellow registration decal attached to both sides of the permit. Must display on one side, the permit holder's drivers license or ID card number, or the authorized organization FEIN number.

  9. Valid Out of State Permits will be Accepted.
