With the new inclusive online merchant directory and map, visitors can easily download and access all the information they need to stroll the Circle, finding their favorite shopping and dining destinations with just a few clicks. The BID’s website features a comprehensive directory of merchants, including shops, restaurants, treats and sweets, real estate, and more, all organized by category, location, and other relevant information. And with the downloadable map, visitors can see the exact location of each merchant, get directions to their destination, and plan their route with ease.
The BID is committed to supporting all merchants and the St. Armands Circle community by continuously developing new and innovative solutions to boost economic vitality and sustainability. The new inclusive merchant directory and map are just the latest example of the BID’s many programs and initiatives, which include beautification projects, holiday programming, and events.

About the BID
The St. Armands Special Business Neighborhood Improvement District (BID) is a municipal board of the City of Sarasota representing more than 60 property owners that comprise approximately 13 acres of land within St. Armands Circle. Run by a Board of Directors who themselves are property owners from the district, the BID works to enhance the level of City services and to fund projects within the district’s boundaries to preserve and promote the charm and commercial sustainability of St. Armands Circle as one of the City’s most unique and most visited destinations.
