The purpose of the Newtown Business Assistance Grant Program is to facilitate the attraction of new businesses, and to promote existing businesses, by providing financial assistance for interior and exterior improvements. The program is funded for the Newton CRA, for properties located within the Newtown CRA (the Community Redevelopment Agency Area, as shown below). 

Applications are currently being accepted for this program and will continue to be accepted on a continuing basis until all funds have been expended.
